EXPERIENCE SUMMARY

Mr. Devin Kennemore, owner of Pathfinder Environmental, LLC, has over 25 years of experience as a botanist, biologist, ecologist, environmental scientist, environmental project manager, division director, and private consulting business owner working for private companies, states, local municipalities, federal agencies, and non-profit natural resource management organizations.  Mr. Kennemore has substantial expertise in all aspects of NEPA compliance. He has managed and been the principal author of many complex EAs. He has been an interdisciplinary team member for a number of large Environmental Impact Statements for a wide range of federal agencies.

Mr. Kennemore has organized and conducted numerous public meetings and has extensive experience working and coordinating with a wide range of environmental and engineering professionals. He has assessed potential impacts to virtually all types of resources and has extensive experience in analyzing the potential effects of projects on deep groundwater aquifers, well-field cones-of-depression, private wells, and stream-aquifer relationships. He has conducted numerous botanical surveys and assessed potential impacts to plant communities in the southeastern U.S., the intermountain west, arid southwest, and Alaska. Mr. Kennemore holds Bachelor of Science and Master of Science degrees in Biology from the University of South Carolina.

As a founding member of Atalaya Search and Rescue, Inc., in Santa Fe, New Mexico, he served on the Board of Directors for many years. He was also a Rescue Leader on the team, which became only the second of two teams in New Mexico now accredited by the Mountain Rescue Association. Mr. Kennemore previously served as a team and Board member on the St. John's College Search and Rescue team.
